– Healthy gradual and maintainable weight loss, while increasing muscular development and cardiovascular health. For clients of all weight ranges, from slightly over weight to obese.
– Body composition, H.I.I.T training, strength conditioning and body toning for the average person who has a full time job and family but would still like to turn heads at the beach.
First and foremost, time with my family; which includes: kayaking, camping, biking, canoeing, and hiking. I also enjoy participating in mud runs including Mud Titan and Spartan races, rock climbing and weightlifting.
